Each DACHSER & KOLB branch has permanent partners who carry out removals for us in their region. The companies located between the branches complete the network. This enables us to take care of your removals throughout Austria!
International Partner Network
We offer our moving services both nationally and internationally. Thanks to a qualified network of over 500 partners worldwide, we can carry out moves in any country. Our partners support us with both packing and delivery services – regardless of whether the move is to or from abroad.
All partners speak at least English, and many also speak German. To ensure our high standards, we work exclusively with partners who are members of the IAM association, and many also belong to the FIDI quality network.
Quality Standards are communicated and monitored
To ensure the high quality of our removals, we have a clearly defined quality standard that is set out in a manual. All partner companies receive these standards in writing and are trained in how to comply with them. After the training, employees receive a certificate of participation.
In order to receive the “partner company” certificate and the “certified moving company” seal, partners must meet all legal requirements and demonstrate proper operation. Quality is continuously monitored through regular checks and customer reviews.
Longterm and Binding Collaboration
Our partners work with us on a long-term basis under permanent and sustainable framework agreements. This ensures continuous communication and guarantees reliable relocation services for both sides. Under the framework agreement, our partners receive a fixed and agreed quota of orders, which they carry out on our behalf.
