DACHSER & KOLB provides services in Austria on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG.

For transport and services in connection with moves and relocations, the General Terms and Conditions of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG as well as the applicable contractual and transport conditions shall apply:
Liability Information for Furniture Removal Services
Contractual Basis Furniture Logistics
For the provision of relocation services, the Contractual Basis CO-LOADING shall apply in addition to the GTC of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG.
Business Division Warehouse Logistics
For the provision of warehousing services, the General Terms and Conditions of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG shall apply, supplemented by the Contractual Basis Warehouse Logistics.
Contractual Basis Warehouse Logistics
General Purchasing Conditions
The contractual relationship between DACHSER & KOLB and a contractor is additionally governed by the General Purchasing Conditions (Purchasing GTC).

Additional Note on the Moving Arbitration Body:
DACHSER & KOLB is willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before the Internet Ombudsstelle.
